On top of daily topic-specific training sessions and powerful speakers, we will be having Live Sales Sessions every day where you will be given leads, scripts, and all the necessary tools to practise and implement what you learn during our training sessions.
During these Live Sales sessions our team will monitor you and give each of you personalized 1 on 1 feedback on your calls to maximize your growth throughout the Bootcamp Retreat! You will be provided leads to call and all tech/systems necessary to implement what you learn throughout each training day.
Joshua King // Lead Trainer
Joshua King is the CEO and Founder of Virtual Solar Club, a resource-based virtual solar sales community that provides training, infrastructure, and technology solutions to thousands of solar pros around the globe, and Sun Factory - the first vertically integrated Virtual Solar Company ever created in the industry.
He is a Canadian born, Australian-raised leader in the solar sales education space who started his Solarcoaster journey cold calling and door knocking in the then up-and-coming Solar industry of Australia a decade ago.
Daniel Lawson // Guest Trainer
Daniel Lawson found solar sales 7 years ago and has been involved in some of the most important virtual solar sales operations in the past decade. He quickly became one of the most elite solar sales pros in the Australian Industry achieving a 76% historical career close rate and earning himself the industry-wide title “The Necromancer” for his ability to bring back cancellations from the dead.
He now consults high-level business men and women on the strategies required to produce intentional outcomes, deconstructing success codes, and the joys of interpersonal conversation and it’s benefits in a high-pace, high-stress business environment like solar.
Joe Moose // Guest Trainer
Joe Moose, aka "Solar Joe," is an award-winning sales expert with nearly two decades of experience. In 2017, he was named "Salesman of the Year" and went on to host a solar seminar tour of California. When the pandemic hit, Joe shifted his focus to educating, training and providing valuable content to the solar community.
His Solar Objections Facebook group now has over 24,000 members and he hosts and trains through webinars and live events on topics such as objections, sales tactics, and virtual selling. Joe is also an owner of The Solar Academy and Co-founder of SolarCon.
JD De La Rosa // Guest Speaker
JD is an ultra-experienced executive with a long and successful history in multiple intertwined industries including Roofing, Security, Smart Home, and most notably - Solar. He is the founder and CEO of Roofio, a Texas-based EPC operating in multiple states across the South East of the US.
He specializes in building lean, efficient multi-state operations and has an in-depth knowledge of the lesser-known world of installers, EPC, permitting, and other extremely important non-sales based curriculum that often go overlooked in the solar sales world.

On top of being in a tropical environment with beautiful beaches just steps away and bustling restaurants and bars around the corner, we will be doing a planned Scuba Diving Experience trip and Catamaran adventure!
Why Scuba Diving? Scuba Diving is an experience unlike any other - a powerful combination of relaxing meditation and fear conquering that directly and positively impacts your ability to communicate with your customers.
Never been Scuba Diving? No Problem. We will be diving, as a group, with certified guides that will show you exactly how it's done (it's easy when you get the hang of it).
You can snorkel if you wish - but we strongly suggest you join in!

The team behind Virtual Solar Club had the privilege of discovering Virtual / Remote Solar Sales almost a decade ago in the Australian solar market.
This location-independent skill allowed us to travel the world, explore any tropical beach we wanted, experience different cultures, and still make an amazing income while building a well-oiled solar operation.
We eventually settled in Bali, Indonesia and flew our entire team in to set up the world's first true Remote, Virtual Solar Sales operation in the largest Villas Bali had to offer at one point having virtual reps living in every continent on the planet. The ability to work and thrive location-indepedently changed our lives and busines forever.
